Individual & family counselling provides an opportunity to meet with our grief counsellor in a safe and supportive environment.  Life is forever changed when someone you love dies.  Depending on the circumstances of the death and the relationship that existed, the grieving process can present many complicating factors.

Our focus is to help individuals integrate the reality of the loss into their life story, while reconstructing the continuing bond with their loved one.  Using a blend of therapeutic techniques we help clients to create a ‘tool box’ of coping skills that will help make sense of the loss and their response to it. 

People Needing People adheres to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice as set out by the new College of Registered Psychotherapists in Ontario (CRPO). This is fee for service program.
